Return Policy
If your item is damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team at +1-631-756-3292 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization. All returns/exchanges should include include with the following information:
- Name
- Mailing Address
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Reason for returning item
- Order Number
- Refund or Replacement
Customers that return an item for a refund must notify Electronics Pros no more than 14 days after receiving the order. Customers returning for a free replacement must notify the Electronics Pros within the warranty period (90 days from the order date for most items).
If any part of an order is damaged due by misuse or inadequate packaging when shipping to our facility, or the warranty seal for applicable items is missing or defaced, a refund or free replacement cannot be offered.
